…story is making it’s way through the media these days (Huffington, Boing Boing, CBC, Daily Mail UK, Montreal Gazette, and Treehugger to name a few) – this time it is in front of the Drummondville, Quebec home of Josée Landry and Michel Beauchamp featuring an elaborate and highly designed installation of raised beds and trellises covered with food producing plants that local officials are demanding they mostly remove, since a kitchen garden can only cover up to 30% of the area of a front yard by local code – but the city actually has plans to make it entirely illegal this fall…this should get interesting
