…is the name of Kevin West’s canning, jamming, culinary endeavor and if you’re lucky enough to have him over for a meal, he’ll even bring you some of his preserved creations, which we are still enjoying (apricot & lemon) spread on our fresh spelt bread every morning while in the Bay Area woods on a residency to finish the heavy editing of the Rome Eats Rome book – and speaking of books, look out for the 2013 arrival of the Saving the Season book, sure to be a hit.
