Holon kids about to fight over the biggest cucumber, and a school garden collecting water from air conditioner condensation

…this morning – after a 22 hours of travel, a 2:30am landing, and five hours of deep sleep – we headed south to Holon for some meeting, interviewing, planning, calculating, and designing for the selected site of Edible Estate #13 before meeting with local community garden organizer Orna Yukevitch, who took me on a tour of a few of her gardens, at a school and an at-risk teen center.
