The White House on the right, the beehive in the center, and the vegetable garden on the left

…is my first stop after a talk at the American Society of Landscape Architects annual conference today – the first time I have seen it, and perhaps most exciting is the beautiful beehive, which has been elevated to protect it from the First Dog.
